The Spaniard started against The Royals but was forced off in the 72nd minute after he was caught on his left ankle by a heavy Danzell Gravenberch tackle.
Perez was replaced shortly after by Chris Willock and he will now be out of action for six weeks, according to IBTimes.
Arsenal head into a busy November that sees them face Ludogorets, Tottenham, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Bournemouth and Southampton.
Wishing him a speedy recovery we really need all our players in shape now......
